Pros

The pay and benefits are great and they work hard to give us good options, there are lots of incentives like sporting event tickets drawn several times a months, way to earn points that can be used toward gift cards (etc.), sign on bonuses, possible yearly bonuses, etc. The company is very diverse and everyone is very friendly.

Cons

More vacation would be nice - you start out okay but it could be improved for years of service. I think it needs to be bumped up to complete with other companies.

Cons

Operations manager creates hostile environment for overnight drivers/ has personal relationships with employees showing absolute favoritism/ literally everyone knows, extremely unprofessional.
