Pros

Management was very supportive of staff and fostered a great team environment. Response to Covid with allowing work from home was great. Good bonuses at year end. Pay was decent but isn't the most competitive with current job market. When I started in 2019 I was paid about $21/hr and when I left in 2021 I was at $25/hr.

Cons

Insanely stressful. Phones ringing nonstop, you spend all day getting yelled at by idiots who have too much money and no common sense. It's a call center so you're constantly monitored every second of your day and need to be fast.

Pros

It is a friendly work environment—at least at the Gilbert office. Colleagues are very helpful, and managers are highly supportive of your work. I enjoy working here; there is no office politics. The pay is good, and there are plenty of opportunities to transfer to different roles.

Cons

The new system is nowhere near as good as the old one; I don't know why we were forced to switch. Sometimes, even after you submit a workflow, the new system doesn't even show it. There are plenty of opportunities to transfer to other roles, but applications go completely unanswered. You have to contact HR, yet they barely seem to care. It’s essentially a call center; even though your colleagues are great, you never know if the next customer might ruin your entire day.
