Able to work at home 2 days a week

Took away ability to be remote Makes false claims and promises, was expecting an increase in pay and got a decrease. Yelled at daily due to not having back end teams available to review any documentation submitted by clients. 4 months pending documents on high net worth client that the customer service reps have to get to take the brute of.

Pros

It is a friendly work environment—at least at the Gilbert office. Colleagues are very helpful, and managers are highly supportive of your work. I enjoy working here; there is no office politics. The pay is good, and there are plenty of opportunities to transfer to different roles.

Cons

The new system is nowhere near as good as the old one; I don't know why we were forced to switch. Sometimes, even after you submit a workflow, the new system doesn't even show it. There are plenty of opportunities to transfer to other roles, but applications go completely unanswered. You have to contact HR, yet they barely seem to care. It’s essentially a call center; even though your colleagues are great, you never know if the next customer might ruin your entire day.
