Pros

I obtained my licenses here. I cried, it was brutal, most of the people I was hired with did pass and got a 10k pay decrease.

Cons

This company was bought by the evil conglomerate morgan Stanley. They have changed the position tremendously so they can lay off people that don’t meet the useless metrics, or people leave. So incredibly understaffed, yet somehow they gaslight the employees into thinking it’s our fault. No employee is happy. The customers can tell. The company has really bad internal issues with operations and somehow they are focusing on metrics that do not matter like a minimum sales quota to move all of the assets from Etrade to Morgan Stanley. It is very car salesman-y and it something we are required to do or our job is threatened. I have almost pooped my pants and while working and was getting stressed because I would have to take break time beyond our two allotted 15 minute breaks during my 8 hour shift. Our schedules are booked minute for minute. I miss seeing the sun. Do not work for this company. Unless you want to be mistreated, constantly in fear of losing your job, or laid off.

Pros

It is a friendly work environment—at least at the Gilbert office. Colleagues are very helpful, and managers are highly supportive of your work. I enjoy working here; there is no office politics. The pay is good, and there are plenty of opportunities to transfer to different roles.

Cons

The new system is nowhere near as good as the old one; I don't know why we were forced to switch. Sometimes, even after you submit a workflow, the new system doesn't even show it. There are plenty of opportunities to transfer to other roles, but applications go completely unanswered. You have to contact HR, yet they barely seem to care. It’s essentially a call center; even though your colleagues are great, you never know if the next customer might ruin your entire day.
