Pros

-Big name company that looks good on a resume. -Can be good pay if you negotiate a good starting salary. -Good health benefits. 401k match up to 5% (3 year cliff vest). 20 days PTO per year.

Cons

-Classic toxic corporate culture where sucking up to management is the real key to success. -Past few years there have been little to no raises or bonuses, even for top performers. -Minimal job training or ongoing support in the role. -Many departments seem to be overwhelmed with their work which ends up causing problems for all teams. -This role specifically is a dead end job where you will be stuck forever unless you suck up to management as mentioned above. Oh and did I mention that you will most likely not get a bonus or pay raise??

Pros

It is a friendly work environment—at least at the Gilbert office. Colleagues are very helpful, and managers are highly supportive of your work. I enjoy working here; there is no office politics. The pay is good, and there are plenty of opportunities to transfer to different roles.

Cons

The new system is nowhere near as good as the old one; I don't know why we were forced to switch. Sometimes, even after you submit a workflow, the new system doesn't even show it. There are plenty of opportunities to transfer to other roles, but applications go completely unanswered. You have to contact HR, yet they barely seem to care. It’s essentially a call center; even though your colleagues are great, you never know if the next customer might ruin your entire day.
