Pros

Healthcare was nice to have.

Cons

The minute they found out I had Autism they fired me. I was struggling with the way they were trying to teach me to learn the series 7. I have my own way of learning that makes me a star. They did not approve of this and they asked me why I study the way I do, I told them I have Autism. They said that I do not look like I have Autism. I had already sent accommodation requests out. And had already been in contact with the disability department. They said that they have made a decision. To let me go. I asked, is it because of my disability. They said they need to talk to their lawyer. Then got back to me the next day and said no we just don't think you're teachable. I informed them that I have a disability and require a certain way of studying and that I was hitting all my marks so whats the problem? They did not answer any of my questions and just kept repeating themselves until the call was done.

Pros

It is a friendly work environment—at least at the Gilbert office. Colleagues are very helpful, and managers are highly supportive of your work. I enjoy working here; there is no office politics. The pay is good, and there are plenty of opportunities to transfer to different roles.

Cons

The new system is nowhere near as good as the old one; I don't know why we were forced to switch. Sometimes, even after you submit a workflow, the new system doesn't even show it. There are plenty of opportunities to transfer to other roles, but applications go completely unanswered. You have to contact HR, yet they barely seem to care. It’s essentially a call center; even though your colleagues are great, you never know if the next customer might ruin your entire day.
