Pros

The pay is decent and the benefits are good.

Cons

Most of what the recruiter said about the job was either outdated info or full on lies. It is a customer service job, but they quickly switch you into focussing on selling extra products. Every single second is tracked on a digital clock that you have to switch to different modes for different parts of your schedule and they harass you about it constantly.

Pros

It is a friendly work environment—at least at the Gilbert office. Colleagues are very helpful, and managers are highly supportive of your work. I enjoy working here; there is no office politics. The pay is good, and there are plenty of opportunities to transfer to different roles.

Cons

The new system is nowhere near as good as the old one; I don't know why we were forced to switch. Sometimes, even after you submit a workflow, the new system doesn't even show it. There are plenty of opportunities to transfer to other roles, but applications go completely unanswered. You have to contact HR, yet they barely seem to care. It’s essentially a call center; even though your colleagues are great, you never know if the next customer might ruin your entire day.
