Pros

They offer great health benefits and 401k match

Cons

It’s a lot of micromanagement since Morgan Stanley took over. If it’s not an opportunity for them to mange clients money, they don’t care about doing right by retail clients. Relationships managers are expected to meet unrealistic metrics with coworkers being able steal each others clients to meet sales goals. Call center environment. Not saying this to be petty, I was with company for around 10 years, I loved working for Etrade, however Morgan Stanley changed everything and it’s horrible to work there now, even the clients complain and even left do yo the quality of the service going away

Pros

It is a friendly work environment—at least at the Gilbert office. Colleagues are very helpful, and managers are highly supportive of your work. I enjoy working here; there is no office politics. The pay is good, and there are plenty of opportunities to transfer to different roles.

Cons

The new system is nowhere near as good as the old one; I don't know why we were forced to switch. Sometimes, even after you submit a workflow, the new system doesn't even show it. There are plenty of opportunities to transfer to other roles, but applications go completely unanswered. You have to contact HR, yet they barely seem to care. It’s essentially a call center; even though your colleagues are great, you never know if the next customer might ruin your entire day.
