Pros

They pay for your SIE, 7 and 63: Fast Promotions because everyone ahead of you quit.

Cons

*Little to know systems training (everything is read a KB article) *Little to know real training for Phones. You listen to 1 day of calls, Talk for a Day and a Half, Then completely on your own... If you ask for help, You get either wrong info or you why you don't know these answers. * You will get hired with them telling you one thing. When you get there its completely not (including the pay increases) *Once you're licensed and you complete Trader Cert. You're liable, but don't expect anyone to help you. *Most people want to quit and will tell you that after you have been there a while *You are hired as customer service: but you find out REALLY quickly your actually a salesman - Starts with Promo's, than referrals, now business opportunities, and your expected to sell them to people who just want to reset there passwords

Pros

It is a friendly work environment—at least at the Gilbert office. Colleagues are very helpful, and managers are highly supportive of your work. I enjoy working here; there is no office politics. The pay is good, and there are plenty of opportunities to transfer to different roles.

Cons

The new system is nowhere near as good as the old one; I don't know why we were forced to switch. Sometimes, even after you submit a workflow, the new system doesn't even show it. There are plenty of opportunities to transfer to other roles, but applications go completely unanswered. You have to contact HR, yet they barely seem to care. It’s essentially a call center; even though your colleagues are great, you never know if the next customer might ruin your entire day.
