Pros
Fully remote option for some
Cons
-Salary employees are recently required to clock in and clock out, if times are not entered daily they are threatening for this to now be measured on employees performance reviews. I’m not sure how clocking in and out can be considered a performance issue for a salary employee. -they are constantly pushing and threatening for things to be measured on performance reviews, however, no matter how good or bad your performance review is there’s no reward or discipline. Employees must enter three new goals for themselves every year, goals must be met for raise or bonuses, raises or bonuses are not guaranteed and are few and far between. Entry-level employees are constantly pushed to do more and more and more with no gain, praise, or raise. -Performance does not get you a promotion, in order to be considered for a promotion you must go through a very tedious development plan to qualify for an interview.. don’t get me started on the interview process.. 2 one hour interviews and a 30 minute presentation.. you would think by working at the company for several years they would know you’re capabilities. I don’t understand the jumping through hoops to get a promotion if it’s deserved and earned on a daily basis.
