Pros

1. Flexible hybrid working arrangement 2. Excellent medical, optical, dental coverage 3. Self managed non-limited PTO (approval needed) 4. Leadership are transparent 5. Employees are nice and are helpful with each other

Cons

1. Was recently acquired by Wisetech Global and have undergone several restructuring in a few months. 2. Frequent restructuring causes changes to be made quickly and unable to fully polish on recent changes 3. Bonus is only once a year and at reasonable rate 4. Pay rise does not happen on yearly basis or minimal rise 5. Lack / late of communication on new changes to workflow 6. Lack of standardised workflow throughout departments

Their history is beyond sordid and it permeates into everything they do.
