Cons
Cons: There are many cons which is not possible to mention all, some of them worth mentioning are: • Lot of politics and favoritism: You don’t have to join any political party if you want to see how politics are played. This organization will give you enough instances of politics from top to bottom. All lickers will get promoted even without performance reviews, ratings, feedback from managers and business teams. Efficient and hard working employees having top review ratings will be ignored without getting any promotions, hikes or rewards. If you want to climb up the corporate ladder, the only qualification you need is flattering your superiors especially management. • Blind trust on Regional Heads by Management : Top management blindly trusts regional heads for feedback without even bothering to investigate further whether the rosy picture painted by Heads is even true or not. As a result the organization’s image is getting affected negatively at the cost of this blind faith culture. • No external trainings: If employees want to up-skill themselves through external technical trainings useful in carrying out their tasks, the related expenses are not approved by the management. Or have to go through various levels of approval, ultimately resulting in rejection or unlimited delay in approvals • Cost cutting: The company is doing so called cost cutting by laying off efficient employees at various levels in the organization and stopping annual hikes for all. But surprisingly they have enough funds for other employees to travel frequently on non client requirements – not only domestically but internationally as well
