Seramount Division of EAB Difficult work environment. Performative DEI commitment internally. We are committed to DEI as it relates to our partners, and resources and tools we provide them. We do a great job of this. Where we fail is we are NOT committed to DEI internally. Seramount- division of EAB has not one Black managing director. How is that allowed in 2023.

A president who pretends to care about people but I’ve seen this female leader- yell, disrespect people, talk over people, bully people, and in general be someone who is difficult to be around for more than an hour. Additionally this is a leader who has called employees at 10:00pm for “ urgent matters”. Who does this. Why doesn’t HR address this!!?? Run by women “leaders” who should be running anything. Management by intimidation.
