Current department manager is flexible and great to work for (Here well before EAG acquired our company).
Cons
As part of a smaller company bought by EAG we have seen our identify evaporated and are seeing the downsides to being a check mark in a corporations book. Employees are just a number to management now and profits are all that they focus on, neglecting the employee and customer service. Reflected lately by the exit of many people that have worked here for decades.
