Pros
flexible work hours, good work environment. good place to learn the basics and leap to a better workplace if you choose.
Cons
bad/low pay unless you're one of the chosen few, same goes with bonuses- even if you break revenue records lol? they also rotate employees so they have a high turn over rate.
