We accept that there was a transition period and we experienced growing pains. If you had continued with us then we hope that you would now feel that we are positioned to grow. With the backing of Eurofins, a multi-billion-dollar global leader in scientific services we can now invest in new equipment, and more importantly our employees. We hate to see experienced staff leave us, and I think that if you were to talk to the current staff, you would see that it is a positive place to work. Having said this, we each make our own decisions about what is important to us, and have different needs and expectations in the workplace and I wish you well in all your future endeavors.
