Good Start, But That's it - Anonymous employee EAG Laboratories Employee Review

The company has been bought out time and time again. It is now ran by a corporation that doesn't care about the people doing the work. Pay is not competitive, but they will insist that it is. Time off has been cut, even for the tenured employees. Holidays have been cut from 10 days to 6. Time off will continue to lessen through the years with the removal of roll over hours and floating holidays. Some of the current offices are absolutely disgusting, covered in mold, smells of mildew, drooping ceiling tiles, damp and humid conditions. Benefits are fine, pretty average. But the pay is the worst part. This year the blame was put on COVID, but there are shady things happening that if you're going to blame COVID, everyone better feel that, not just some people. The turnover is high and will continue until there is some sort of incentive to stick around. If they get 3 years out of someone, they are lucky. The long term employees are only still here because they started when things were good and it is too late for them to make changes in their lives at this point
