Pros

The management team at EAG Laboratories is fantastic! Honestly, one of the best I’ve ever encountered. They know how to lead without being domineering. They’re good at checking in without hovering, and they know how to differentiate criticism from genuine feedback. I can say for a fact that management is the #1 reason why I like working at EAG so much. I can list all the little reason it’s such a phenomenal place to work, but at the end of the day it all comes down to who’s in charge and how they’re running things.

Cons

My biggest issue are employees with no other work experiences under their belt who think they know better than everyone else and can only ever find things to complain about. They don’t typically last very long but I almost wish management would stop giving those kinds of applicants a chance entirely.

They do a great job of balancing the technical needs of our customers and providing strong leadership to the employees. With respect to new hires, I think many people discover once they settle into a job, that there is a lot to learn! We hire highly skilled knowledgeable workers who are often the best in their field. But as you are observing, there's still a lot to learn when they come to EAG!
