Thank you for your review. I'm glad you are learning a lot. That is one aspect of EAG that appeals to a lot of people - the variety of work and the ability to always be learning. I'm not sure there's anything I can comment on in terms of the emphasis on meeting tight deadlines, as we do very exacting, demanding work for our customers and deadlines are often tight.
