Thank you. Although you listed this under "Cons", from reading your comments, I believe that you are saying that we DO offer worklife balance. We work hard to balance the professional and personal needs of our employees. Our supervisors work with employees to adjust, where possible, to meet the needs of our employees. This is where our multi-shift operation can be to someone's advantage; it helps meet the requirements of our customers AND our employees. This past year has been a challenging year, especially for working parents. I'm glad you were able to find the balance needed to make things work!
