The personalities and people skill of upper management is bordering on harassment. They constantly berate employees behind their backs and are obsessed with write-ups to HR instead of training/coaching. This is not a place you want to have a career. The monthly close processes is humiliating to employees. The company refuses to spend on any process improvement even though they have tens of millions on hand at all times.
If you are a new graduate, this is a good place to learn accounting for 1-2 years, but I can't recommend anyone staying over that. These aren't the 'people' you want to work with or have power over you. My final say is that the Eurofins NSC is a far worse place to work than I will say here for many reasons and to please heed my advice and do not consider them unless you have no choice.
