great place to meet new people, a lot.of new people. Most employees are friendly and work environment cordial. You can get a variety of experience. Recently purchased by another company EAG. Lets see what they bring to the table. Most team leaders will assist you in the labs trying to meet goals.
Cons
RFT....LOL ( Right the First Time)........but get it NOW! Management teams are different in each group and not consistent throughout company. salary/benefit package could be much better. some extremely tight timelines.. Lot of work is added on after quote is signed with no extra cost to client which causes most projects to fall over budget but keep same timeline. this under pricing causes poor moral and and has ensured the low salaries for most individuals unless you are one of the lucky one who get bonuses. Mainly higher management. you know, the ones who go home while you are still at work trying to be a good employee. not in every case though. It is a very casual dress code but too casual sometimes with "dew rags" and flip flops and shorts. very unprofessional IMHO. The company wants to make every good impression it can to the community while doing everything it can to make employees unhappy. very small raises <3%
