The promotions, merits and bonuses have absolutely no pattern of favoritism towards “cool kids”, They are based on performance, and potential and positioning against market rates. are here every day and highly involved with the day to day. The leadership team is engaged with their teams, always answering questions and helping. This alleged disconnect just isn’t true.
