WOW on your comments - allow me to comment: - we rarely have any projects that have crazy deadlines or require a ton of overtime - we are loose/matrix managed company with a lot of freedom which our folks enjoy apparently you felt it was unprofessional - we have lunch brought in everyday and breakfast brought in on multiple days. - we buy our staff the best machines money can buy with upgrades every 2-3 years or sooner if someone is needing better tools - this goes for paid online services that makes our folks' job easier including 3rd party libraries and AI services.
