Overall the company is a great company to work for. Like any job, there are ups and downs however the company does its best to minimize the downs and to accommodate every employee’s needs. The company encourages all employees talk to HR and/or upper management regarding questions, concerns, advise, harassment, etc.

Cons

Keep an open mind, be humble, be inquisitive, work hard, be fair, be dedicated, challenge yourself, have an insatiable thirst to listen, learn, communicate, and collaborate with your peers will take you a long way in your career.

Pros

I first started as a civil engineer in 1998. I thank EBA for providing EBA with my first professional work experience. I have had the opportunity to work a wide range of projects and EBA allowed me freedom to best utilize my abilities. The leaders were always available to guide me when needed and supported me when called upon. I have worked at other firms since first starting at EBA but returned to EBA since it was the best culture for me. I have been back since 2007.

Cons

There is always room for improvement. The leaders are always thoughtful of employee welfare. There are business realities just like anywhere.
