Great products , Great brand and on paper a great company to work for , however the reality in the UK is so very different.
Cons
Retail chaos on all levels . The dreadful performance of the UK stores and particularly those in key London retail locations is testament to this. The so called ROM for London and the south brings absolutely nothing to the business ( Store visits ? , Motivation ? , Inspiration ? , Retail acumen ? ) apart from total negativity ! The turnover / loss of retail store staff at all levels is so high that customers , employees and other retailers find it difficult to comprehend.
