      Rude staff/ management Never valued No support from team Overworked Staff & management are very cliquey and will gang up on you Everything that goes wrong will be blamed on you if you are not management The company really doesn't care about you Company is desperate and will hire anyone without experience or references because no one wants to work there and everyone keeps leaving

      Good management. They train you quite thoroughly. Friendly environment!

      Cons

      Repetitiveness. We didn't get good shipment sometimes and bulk buyers made selling difficult.
