      Encouraging manager, staff were given sales incentives such as 'Top Staff' in Ecco Ireland, staff discount available on shoes, training programmes

      The work as a sales assistant was sometimes dull and repetitive, we were required to buy and pay for our own ECCO brand shoes when we started working there

      Good management. They train you quite thoroughly. Friendly environment!

      Cons

      Repetitiveness. We didn't get good shipment sometimes and bulk buyers made selling difficult.
