      the base pay is low, training is a bit unorganized, A&A goal sometimes is not possible to achieve

      Good management. They train you quite thoroughly. Friendly environment!

      Cons

      Repetitiveness. We didn't get good shipment sometimes and bulk buyers made selling difficult.
