      Pros

      Great employee discount (60%) and 1 free pair of shoes/season. The people I worked with were fine but by the time I left (4 months) the entire staff had turned over.

      Cons

      There are never any sales or promotions so business was VERY slow because there was no incentive to shop there. Terribly disorganized and mean upper management. A lot of promises and no action.

      Pros

      Good management. They train you quite thoroughly. Friendly environment!

      Cons

      Repetitiveness. We didn't get good shipment sometimes and bulk buyers made selling difficult.
