Very unorganized - Sales Assistant ECCO Sko Employee Review

The company is so unorganized and doesn't value their employees. Targets are constantly scrutinized without consideration as to circumstances ( nobody coming into shop = no sales ). We opened a store without a permanent manager and employees were passed on to different managers weekly, these temporary managers did not care about the interest of the store or its employees and bumped off any hard work to someone else. The fact that I have been working there for 7 months and still haven't received uniform (when newer employees have) is utterly disgraceful.
