Cons
- no good benefits - treir promised health insurance is poor (don't even have a dantist), their promised sport compensation is restricted, they don't even have a free coffee for employees - they have to buy it! - no clear and transparent bonus system and performance review - an employee can get a bonus or promotion only due to nepotism. - there is no modern stack for developers - ECCO is using the oldest and chepiest and don't care about the professional development of their staff. Also, ECCO isn't going to pay for additional courses or trainings - it is only for managers (and keep in mind nepotism again). - the main goal of any manager here is to extract as much efforts and time from every employee as possible and after that throw him out on the street.
