Pros
-The teamwork in the store was incredibly fun and nice -I love how the store management lead the team -There's a decent benefit for the employee in term of leaves, incentive, commision, etc - The company encourage their staff to learn and improve, - Career development, Staff can climb to high management level even if u start from the bottom.
Cons
-Actually, From my experience working there, there's no significant cons for me. The salary is reasonable for my position, The team is incredibly good. But, the competition between store across the country may pressure a bit since the high management may push the team sometimes. However, just do your work properly, Everything gonna be alright.
