      Too many direction changes from C-level. A lot of lay-offs which gave a bad vibe collaborating with other teams.

      Good management. They train you quite thoroughly. Friendly environment!

      Cons

      Repetitiveness. We didn't get good shipment sometimes and bulk buyers made selling difficult.
