      Great discounts and product knowledge. Able to advance quickly, commission on shoe sales and accessories.

      Cons

      Hard to sell heels when there is no wide nor narrow. Assistant managers don't want to help in closing a dalr unless it there sale. Return paper work for BA and customer is way to much

      Good management. They train you quite thoroughly. Friendly environment!

      Cons

      Repetitiveness. We didn't get good shipment sometimes and bulk buyers made selling difficult.
