      Pros

      Good employee discount. The regional manager comes monthly for store visits. The company educates employees very well on products.

      Cons

      No advertising in the U.S. except for golf leaves shoppers in the dark about a great product. Closed my store with only 2 weeks notice around Christmas time.

      Good management. They train you quite thoroughly. Friendly environment!

      Cons

      Repetitiveness. We didn't get good shipment sometimes and bulk buyers made selling difficult.
