      Minimum wage. Wage did not increase above minimum wage as there was already a considerable increase on minimum wage from 2024 to 2025. So wages stayed still at new minimum rate.

      Good management. They train you quite thoroughly. Friendly environment!

      Cons

      Repetitiveness. We didn't get good shipment sometimes and bulk buyers made selling difficult.
