Great culture and work life balance. Leadership is personable and knowledgeable.

Other departments may not share the same culture. So this mostly reflects the finance department which has been my experience.

ECI hires well, and I work in a professional environment with professional people. Even though most work from home, it never feels like someone isn't pulling their weight.

In recent years, it feels like the company has focused more on acquisition than improving the existing products for our customers. Product development and enhancement seems to be extremely slow, with development focusing on things they think add value, without proper insight from our customers.
