      Pros

      Great culture, everyone friendly and helpful. Tons of training and advancement opportunities available. Products are generally market leaders or close to it. Large company with lots of resources. This varies greatly I'm sure, but in my case my boss is very hands off and allows me to do my job without any micromanagement at all.

      Cons

      I'm sure something will pop up eventually, but for now, it's all positive.

      Pros

      Great culture and work life balance. Leadership is personable and knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Other departments may not share the same culture. So this mostly reflects the finance department which has been my experience.

      Pros

      ECI hires well, and I work in a professional environment with professional people. Even though most work from home, it never feels like someone isn't pulling their weight.

      Cons

      In recent years, it feels like the company has focused more on acquisition than improving the existing products for our customers. Product development and enhancement seems to be extremely slow, with development focusing on things they think add value, without proper insight from our customers.
