Pros
- Autonomy and flexibility to run and report on your projects in a way that works best for you
- Multiple different project management tools available to use, based on your specific style or project needs
- You stay busy, but its not overly stressful. Leadership is understanding and flexible with projects and does not put unnecessary pressure on teams
- I have witnessed ZERO toxic people, environments, cultures, etc
- Leadership asks for input, listens and hears it, and acts on it when they can
- Great transparency into company and team changes
- Lots of opportunity to learn new things, get involved in different types on projects, and take on additional duties if you want them
- Interactive tools used to support each other, recognize hard work, give each other shout outs, etc
Cons
Although their are a ton of opportunities across the company, there are not clear progression plans for PM's on how they can move up, get promoted, etc.
