There is lack of personal support. ECMD Inc. has focused its attention to new markets [Texas] and forgotten about all of the assets that made ECMD Inc. what once was. During my ten years covering Idaho, I had no vacation coverage and very little visits from Management. The pay is entry level while the job requirements are extensive.
