Pros
Literally nothing is good about this place
Cons
-no PTO for 6 months. Admissions have to work federal holidays and long hours. Way to care about your employees! -they have over 400 jobs available on their site. That is telling. -one department has lost close to 30 people in less than one year. Another department lost 7 in less than one year (and it’s only a team of 12 or so to begin with!). Employee turnover is real. -terrible people get promoted. Looking at you university partnerships team. -you have to clock in like some sort of peasant…even if you are salary. -if you’re not a butt kisser, you will not go anywhere -the university takes advantage of students in a financial respect. Absolutely disgusting. -2.5 years to get a bachelors degree and you are paying 50k or more for a program. It’s robbery. -work/life balance is basically non existent. If you’re not at your desk you’re not working is there mindset -management tells employees to ask students to put better reviews on Google because most of them are terrible. Weird. -the place is very cult-like. The times I have been told I was “cut from the ECPI cloth” moved me closer to the exit each time. -healthcare benefits are like a pay decrease
