Pros
It is barely better than being unemployed. This job is the equivalent to working at a Burger Barn or any job at the mall.
Cons
Everything. The environment, the pay, the location, the administration, the corporate culture and the corporate staff. This place is run like a high school: cliques, nepotism, retaliation and micro management. Administration constantly changes and so do all the rules. Major decisions are based on emotions and mood swings instead of feasibility or rationale. Employees are consistently mistreated, overworked and verbally abused. Preference is given to male employees while female staffers get walked over and underpaid. Students are set up to fail too and their concerns are ignored. The bar is lowered to let them in and then the boom is lowered when they get in-- no one at ECPI is allowed to care. Education department gets kicks out of seeing students struggle and fail. Only concern is making numbers-- all this while executive management does absolutely NOTHING. Except of course, count the money rolling in.
