Great company - Field Technician ECS Limited Employee Review

I worked for ECS for a Maternity Leave through Sparks Group. I worked in the Corporate Legal Department for 3 months and I enjoyed every day I was there. Everyone in the office was pleasant and helpful if I had questions. No matter what Department I walked through, everyone was very professional.

None. I keep checking their website for open positions, but nothing has come up yet. I will keep watching their website,

Always Hiring as people leave eventually

Working at this company was an overwhelmingly negative experience. The work environment was toxic, with disorganized and unapproachable leadership that fostered fear instead of collaboration. Management lacked basic leadership skills, frequently micromanaging, playing favorites, and avoiding accountability. There was absolutely no work-life balance, employees were expected to work long hours, including nights and weekends, with little notice. Compensation was way below industry standards, and there were no meaningful opportunities for growth or development. Company communication was poor, and major decisions were made without transparency, leaving employees confused and demoralized. Overall, it was a frustrating and draining place to work, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
