No room for advancement. No incentives for all the certifictions you might want. No more pay, no more money. Nothing.
You drive your own vehicle. Company is cheap. You will spend more in gas and repairs on your own vehicle. ALL other companies provide a truck, but you'll be expected to pay your own gas and business insurance. Not worth it. On jobs, you'll get nails in your tires and offroad. They won't pay for repairs.
Management lies. You'll be told what they think you want to hear. They'll tell you anything to keep you happy. As long as it doesn't mean you get a raise, or a bonus.
You will train other people to take over your work. If you know what you're doing then you're punished for it. Bevause you are too valuable doing regular work, there is nowhere for you to move up to. Nothong new to learn anf nowhere to go.
There is a lot of gossip. Office people are allowed to do anything.
Pay is low. You have to threaten to quit to get what yoy want. No one cares.
