Pros
If you work hard and constantly push upper management, you can move up in the company. Field staff are all great - when you actually see your coworkers. Depending on your location, can be treated kind of well.
Cons
Horrible pay, and lots of deceit when it comes to bonuses for field staff. Upper management is out of touch with field staff. No communication with field staff (goes with out of touch comment). People just out of college get hired into management positions while field staff with a degree and three years of experience are stuck in the field with little training and no apparent room for advancement. Lack of consistency among offices - one office will give bonuses to field staff, another won't. Very poor attempts at organization - little to no training, not a lot of communication on what needs to get done in order to advance, and depending on your supervisor you won't have many opportunities to do anything but mindless work that a high school graduate could do.
