Don't even bother applying, not worth it - Field Technician ECS Limited Employee Review

Management gets upset if you absolutely cannot work ludicrous hours at the drop of a hat; have to drive own vehicle to job sites; low pay; VERY poor reimbursement structure for mileage/time spent on the road; lack of training (they show you something once or twice, and expect you to be able to instantly know what you're doing when they send you out by yourself); no pay for holidays off during the first three months you're employed...which sucks if you get hired around November/December, etc.
