Employee stock program, 401k, and health benefits available.

Cons

Pay scale could be tweaked and PTO/Vacation benefits could be more robust.

Pros

Fantastic work experience for my resume, and beneficial to improving my technical understanding with hands on field experience, and creating reports and updating GIS in office. Working with a small team also has its perks, because you get more exposure to a wide range of the tasks that go into running the business.

Cons

Pay was modest, and sometimes work was slow. I also didn’t get any hands on design experience, though I would have liked to.
