No leadership, no training, no plans to promote. It took a while for me to discover these issues, I hope to save you time. Mid to upper management is very inexperienced, and skilled with checking numbers not growing talent. No work-life balance, 45 hours a week was promised, actual was closer to 55. Most Engineers will see 60-70 hours per week. Scope of work is very limited, almost no engineering is performed, just review reports, and selling more work. If you are a young engineer, this is not the place to start your career. If you are an experienced engineer ask a lot of questions and get responses in writing and refer to the young engineer advice above.
