Pros
Big growing company, opportunity to travel if that's what you want. Pay is based on your home office though so keep that in mind if you have a temporary deployment to higher paying areas.
Cons
Big growing companies do not take the time to worry about quality employees when opening new offices. The initial person that becomes principal may not be the most competent or best at their practice. So how to weed out or educate the weak links to either grow with or leave the company? They don't, new offices are suffering heavy turnover and losses due to poor management and career advancement opportunities. Different departments do not share well, whether that be personnel or jobs. This is also true for different regions. Crossing territory lines is a major no no and gets caught when registering the job as the principal for each territory gets notified of each new project registration.
